September Breakfast – Featuring Greg Bowles of Joby Aviation

Join us for breakfast on Thursday, September 18 at Rolling Hills Country Club, to hear an overview of Joby Aviation from its Chief Policy Officer, Greg Bowles. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. with the program beginning at 8 a.m.

Members will also have the opportunity to reserve a time to experience Joby's eVTOL Flight Simulator later that morning outside the B-29 Doc Hangar. More information to follow. 

Joby Aviation, Inc. is a California-based transportation company developing an all-electric, vertical take-off and landing air taxi. Joby intends to both operate its fast, quiet, and convenient air taxi service in cities around the world and sell its aircraft to other operators and partners.

GREG’S BIO

Greg brings over two decades of aviation policy experience to Joby Aviation as Chief Policy Officer. Greg began his career in aviation with the Cessna Aircraft Company, in the Air Capital - Wichita, KS, where he worked on innovative business jet products. He later worked with the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA), where he championed modern regulatory reforms, paving the way for a new form of daily air mobility. Greg held several leadership roles at GAMA including VP of Global Innovation and Policy in Washington, DC and Director of European Affairs and Engineering in Brussels, Belgium. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, a Trustee of the National Aviation Hall of Fame, an Aerospace Engineer and an accomplished commercial airplane and helicopter pilot.
