We’re excited to announce that our March Luncheon featuring Dr. Sheree Utash, President of WSU Tech, will take place on Tuesday, March 10 from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at WSU Tech | National Center for Aviation Training.
Dr. Utash, President of WSU Tech, will give an inside look at what’s next for the National Center for Aviation Training, including the transformative NCAT Expansion project. This is an opportunity to hear firsthand how the expansion will add capacity for more than 1,400 additional students each year and strengthen the talent pipeline that aviation and advanced manufacturing employers are counting on. Join us to see how WSU Tech is helping shape the future of Wichita’s aviation industry and why this moment matters for our region, our workforce, and our economy.

Dr. Sheree Utash is the President of Wichita State University’s Campus of Applied Sciences and Technology (WSU Tech) and Vice President of Workforce Development at Wichita State University.
Dr. Utash is a nationally recognized leader in higher education and workforce development, serving as the President of WSU Tech (formally known as Wichita State University Campus of Applied Sciences and Technology) and Vice President of Workforce Development at Wichita State University.
With a strong background in strategic planning, industry partnerships, and student success initiatives, she has transformed technical education to meet the evolving needs of both students and employers. Under her leadership, WSU Tech has expanded its programs, strengthened industry collaborations, and secured significant funding to drive institutional growth. Dr. Utash is a passionate advocate for workforce-aligned education, actively influencing policy and innovation at local, state, and national levels.
